Unboxing and First Impression
While unboxing the package, the box contains Iron wok pan and user manual. The product is just wrapped by a plastic cover and kept inside a cardboard box.
The First look of the product is very impressive due to its stylish classy look. The product’s quality is also worthy and commendable.
How to Season?
- Scrub the iron wok fried rice pan with soap oil and metal scrubber.
- Rinse it thoroughly with clean water and dry it with cloth or sponge.
- Then place it on the stove and heat it mildly.
- Spread vegetable oil entirely on the pan surface.
- Fry waste onion or vegetable and rub with it on the entire surface till it is burnt.
- Wipe the burnt onions and wash it properly with soap oil and metal scrubber.
- Dry it with cloth and heat it mildly and apply oil and store it.

Our In hand Experience
While seasoning it, we did it twice to remove the iron dust from the pan surface. Initially we made a mistake during seasoning. Instead of simply frying the onion, we need to rub it over the entire surface to remove the stain properly.
There are no certain numbers for seasoning, as we need to do until the complete removal of iron dust stains from the pan.
How do you make sure Seasoning done properly? Cooking after proper seasoning doesn’t allow your dishes to burn. Which assures us, the seasoning was made properly.
The only issue we noted is that the Iron Wok Pan is little heavy in weight. Which makes it hard to handle.
We had checked its weight with beatXP Optifit Glaze Digital Weighing Scale. It weighs about 1.45Kgs.
We also tested the heat resistance for the handle, as the distance between the pan and handle is too short, but still there are no more issues because of the wooden handle material.
It is very convenient to make fried rice with this pan due to its wide opening mouth.
Firstly, we ordered a small size fried rice pan. Once we received the product, we found that the size was too small. It is only capable of preparing food for a single person.
Then we replaced it with a medium sized pan, in which we can prepare dishes for 4 to 5 people’s needs.
