Our Inhand Experience

While seasoning it, we did it twice to remove the iron dust.

During seasoning, we use a fork spoon to rub the onion over the entire surface. But the fork spoon is not convenient.

Then we used a normal spatula to rub the onion.

Also, we made a mistake while seasoning. We poured water into the paniyaram pan without making it cool down. So it becomes too smoky.

But we have to wait till the paniyaram pan cools down to wash it.

There are no limits for seasoning, as we need to do till the complete removal of iron dust stains.

How do you make sure Seasoning done properly? Cooking after proper seasoning doesn’t allow your dish to stick to it and collapse its shape. It ensures that the seasoning was done correctly.

It is easy to use as it is designed with handles on both sides of the pan.

The only issue we noted is that it is heavy in weight.

We just cross checked its weight with beatXP Optifit Glaze Digital Weighing Scale. It weighs about 2.10 Kgs, slightly mismatched as it has been mentioned as 2 Kgs in amazon.

Benefits

Enriches iron content in food items.
Long lasting even to the next generation.
Cast iron helps in even distribution and heat retention.

Drawback

It may not be a drawback but we need to season it after each and every usage to prevent rusting.
Little heavy in weight.

Conclusion

Based on our analysis, we strongly recommend buying the product as it is worth it to buy with this price range and also it offers health benefits. It helps to spread the heat evenly and retain the heat, which leads to cook the food faster and saves gas and energy.
