We were well known about normal wired and wireless mouse. But are you aware about wireless vertical mouse? We were also hearing this for the first time. This wireless vertical mouse is an innovative product , which is designed with the purpose of minimizing wrist pain.

We recently purchased it from amazon to explore the features. We were well impressed with its features and functionality while using it. So we posted a detailed overview here to share our experience with others.

Unboxing and First Impression

While unboxing the product, the mouse is just wrapped with a soft paper cover. The box contains a mouse, warranty card and user manual.

We were impressed with its first look due to its ergonomic design. For the first time, it is weird to use as we usually use normal mouse for always. But after a certain time, it was very comfortable.

How to Connect?

• Step 1: Remove the battery cover of the mouse and insert two AAA batteries properly.

• Step 2: Insert the micro USB dongle in the laptop USB port.

• Step 3: Turn ON the power button which is in the backside of the mouse. Then it will indicate a red light to denote that it is powered ON and ready to use.

• Design: Its vertical wireless design makes us comfortable while using it by helping to reduce arm, wrist and hand pains. As it gives support to the palm and wrist with its vertical / handshake grip design.

• DPI Button: We can change and adjust the DPI in three different variations such as 800, 1200 and 1600 dpi. Mouse cursor speed will be increased rapidly, according to the dpi.

• 6D Buttons: It comes with six button options which are left, right, scroll, back, forward and DPI as an advanced product, because usually the mouse will have only three options such as left, right and scroll.

• Lifespan: It has been mentioned in the product box that the lifetime of this product is 50 million clicks.

• Compatible Devices: This Vertical Advanced Wireless Ergonomic Mouse is suitable to use in windows and mac devices.

• Battery: We need to use 2* AAA batteries to operate the mouse. Please insert the batteries respectively with positive and negative signs.

• Power Saving Mode: If the mouse is idle or inactive for more than 15 minutes, it automatically goes to sleep mode to save the battery backup as it has a power saving design.

• Scroll Wheeler: If we long press on the scroll wheel, the cursor will change into a wheel icon and we just need to scroll once up or down then it will automatically go to the top or bottom of the page fast.

• Warranty: It comes with one year of warranty.

Comparison between Normal mouse and Vertical Ergonomic mouse

While using the normal mouse, the wrist can be fully placed on the table which leads to hand pain or wrist pain.	While using it, only the right side of the wrist is placed on the table as it is designed with wrist support. This makes us feel comfortable to use.
We need to use a separate mouse pad with wrist support to get rid of wrist pain.	Here, there is no need for a separate mouse pad.

Our In Hand Experience

At first we thought that, mouse would not resume automatically after the sleep mode and we needed to turn it ON manually with the power button, as we were unaware.

But while using it regularly, we came to know that we have to use either the right or left click button to resume from sleep mode instead of moving the cursor.

Based on our analysis, we recommend buying this product as it is worth it to buy with this price range. The quality and performance of the product is also commendable. It is also useful to reduce the cable cluster as it is a 2.4GHz wireless nano dongle.
